Based in South Wales, our team of heat pump installers, are experts dedicated to helping you design, purchase and install your heat pump system - reducing your carbon footprint and saving on energy running costs. We also provide heat pump servicing and repair.
Heat pumps work by absorbing heat from the environment, even when temperatures are low. They extract heat from the air or ground around us and transfer that heat to the inside of your home, keeping you warm and comfortable with heating and hot water.
Before any ground or air source heat pump installation we will conduct a FREE feasibility assessment, and then should you choose us, we will organise the installation with as little disruption to you as possible and arrange all works - including ground works where required.
Whilst we are Mitsubishi, Vaillant, CTC and Stiebel Eltron accredited installers, we install, service and repair all major brands.

The design of your heat pump system is just as critical as the installation and commissioning, we've 10 years worth of great designs to ensure the system is right for you. Whether is be aiming for the most efficient system with very low flow temperature, or a system which keeps you warmer than a nursing home with high set temperature, or a system which is remotely monitored and controlled, we know the market and can ensure you are happy with the end product.
Fast Expert Installation
Our installation teams love what they do and so you can be confident that your system will be installed quickly but to the best standard. Our senior engineers have all of the required qualifications to install the system, but have also undertaken manufacturer specific training so that they know the product inside and out. This ensures that the system is installed bespoke not only to your needs, but also to the needs of the manufacturer.
Proper Testing
The design and installation are critical for the system to work, however without proper commissioning the system would not operate efficiently or effectively. Once the system is installed we will ensure it is clean, then we will and test it. All parts of the system are then fully tested before any handover is given. We then guide you through your system providing as much or as little information as you want to know.
After Sales Service
Once the system is installed and commissioned we offer annual servicing to maintain the performance and safety of the system. We also can undertake warranty and out of warranty repair work so you can be sure we will be around when you need us. The products we install offer great warranty packages, most of them are 7 years, however some you can pay for even longer.
